Copper Hook – RedHook Ale Brewery
This is the spring ale offering from Red Hook Ale Brewing, Portsmouth, NH.

Not much else on the bottle except for the standard warning message.
Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy orange-golden with an ecru head about three fingers high that reduces to a nice sheen. Lacing is the minimal round spec here und there. Bits of yeastiness suspended throughout.
Smell: Nice bright hops and nice fresh, grainy malts. Clover and honey.
Taste: Rolls over the tongue crisply and lightly, without feeling thin. Flavor follows the nose smell. A nice mild grassy hop and mild sweetness. A hint of a metallic tang bout mid glass. A balanced, semi-dry finish.

Overall Rating: I would give this beer a 7/10, It isn't a bad beer, for what it's worth. I would probably drink this again. Good Job Red Hook.
